Recently renovated (under construction! Pics are of the unit before construction) 3 story, 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath Aspen Townhouse. This is your opportunity to rent an incredibly spacious, comfortable, and conveniently located townhouse at a great rate.

Located on 8th street just as you enter the core of Aspen, this townhouse is a 2 min drive or 10 min walk to the center of town. It is conveniently situated on the main bus line with busses running every 15 min to town or to any ski mountain. There is one uncovered reserved parking spot and ample street parking available at any time.

This townhouse has a full kitchen with gas range, fridge, dishwasher, disposal, microwave and oven. The main living/dining area is large with ample lighting and an attached deck. The upstairs features three bedrooms, the master has a queen bed, one guest suite has a full and the other guest suite has a twin. One full bath services the upstairs bedrooms. Downstairs you will find a den with a second full bath attached and a washer/dryer in unit.
