"The apartment was spacious and clean. I like that there was a washer and dryer. However, the dryer did not work and we couldn’t figure out why the wash cycle was so long. I tried to follow the instructions for the TV but couldn’t figure it out. Also I knew there was no shower but the bathtub was too skinny for me to sit and there was minimal hot water. "La estrategia es bien conocida: se anuncia un apartamento bueno y después se dice que ése ya está ocupado, proporcionando al cliente a última hora otro mucho peor. En este caso, sin wi-fi, con sólo una sábana pequeña que no cubría la totalidad de la cama, sin toallas, sin papel higiénico y con mobiliario roto. Todo muy lamentable."
