"We had a very relaxing weekend at the Amaya Bed & Breakfast. The host was super friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The breakfast was delicious and was the perfect way to start our mornings. The house itself is so beautifully decorated and the surrounding area was very peaceful. I look forward to staying again in the future. "

"House was huge and excellent overall! Great view of the mountains! 7 bedrooms total. Lots of space and house is updated and fresh. Beds were very comfortable with lots of spare linens and blankets provided. Hot tub was clean and hot. There were mini-split heat pumps installed in the colder spaces. TVs on every floor. Two Full Kitchens were very stocked, with the exception of pepper and cooking oil as expected. One issue in the house was low water pressure, which was worse when multilpe showers were running. Dish soap, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent, bath soap, shampoo and conditioner, paper towels, and toilet paper were all stocked. You might bring extra of these if you need a lot. We found we needed extra garbage bags after a couple days. No facial tissues or lotion provided. Tons of kids toys, kids board games, big bean bags, games in garage, also a high chair and two pack n plays, etc. - this is a great house if you have kids of all ages in your group! Even kids eating utensils and dishes are available. Another note that the basement bedrooms were quite noisy from foot traffic above. Had trouble consistently starting one of the dishwashers on the main level but still cleaned well. It was a little slick getting to the house in fresh snow without snow tires, but everything had been recently plowed too. Overall, our entire group loved this house and we would definitely come back! Thank you for a wonderful experience and letting us stay in your mountain home!"
"I had a great stay at this rental home. The rooms were nice, comfortable, and well-kept, and the kitchen was spotless with plenty of dishes silverware and everything needed to cook and enjoy a meal. The bathroom was thoughtfully stocked with shampoo conditioner body wash and other essentials which was a really nice touch. Neighborhood was quiet and peaceful making it easy to relax and the huge TV was perfect for winding down at night. Overall a clean convenient and comfortable place to stay -- highly recommended!"
"Many problems with this listing, first the fire alarm was low on battery, I had to physically climb to reach the smoke detector to detach and remove the battery, a sharp beeping noise went off every 90 seconds and we wouldn’t have been able to sleep without stopping it. There were no spare batteries to change. There were spiders everywhere. My friend used the shower and saw 11 of them moving around the ceiling. They were in the main bed and on the counter and sink as well. The tenant was nice enough to leave complimentary drinks ( vitamin water) but they had an expiration date year of 2023. They have a sauna that was featured in the listing but was extremely hard to find so we didn’t use it. We tried reaching out about the smoke detector the night of our arrival but didn’t get a response until the next morning. When I expressed these concerns to the tenant they apologized and said thanks we’ll make it better for the next guest, not addressing our frustration at all. Property was difficult to find and was nestled in between two abandoned looking buildings that were being used for hoarding, did not feel very safe. "
"The house was very clean with an open concept. Kitchen and living room. The beds were very comfortable as well. the bathrooms were spacious with waterfall showers and enough room for a larger person. The outside porch overlooked a small brook that had tranquil water sounds. All appliances worked how they should with no trouble. The only negative thing i spotted was the tall grass and leaves in the yard made it harder for my small dog to roam around. The couch didn't match the one in the pictures and didn't have a tall back so someone on the tall side cant rest property without laying down. I would definitely come back and stay here again as it's close enough to town and attractions"
"Rented this VRBO for a family wedding which was in Roxbury about 1/2 hour away. We were a group of 21 and the space was absolutely perfect for us with plenty of space to spare! The house was super clean and. had everything we needed, there was extra toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, dish soap, spices, olive oil just to name a few. There was plenty of room for us to gather but as usual everyone ends up in the kitchen! The first night we all gathered around the indoor fireplace in the living room for cozy conversation and the second night after the wedding we ended up cramming into the kitchen talking and laughing with a group playing pool in the room next door. Our morning coffee was spent on the beautiful front covered porch. We discussed coming back for our family reunion, the location was perfect, about 2 miles from town with plenty of restaurants and shops. The Windham Path was just past town and we dragged our group out for daily walks on the lovely gravel walkway. I would highly recommend this VRBO, the beds were super comfy with sound proof walls and plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms for a large group. We will definitely be back! Thank you for sharing your beautiful house with us!"

"Extremely comfortable, relaxing and wonderful place. Was concerned about horses across the way in the extreme cold but it appears they were being cared for. Would love to return!"
