"The first room assigned has electrical problems with a short in an outlet behind a bed that continually caused the lamps/microwave to blink. the outlet was sticking out of the wall and a real fire concern. The room they moved us to was right by the highway with road noise all night long. The shower diverter would not stay up. one of the beds was so close to the wall, you had to crawl out of bed by the foot to get out of bed. One of reasons we chose this location was to use the pool. It was not in service. The staff were all friendly. they moved us without any issue when we discovered the fire hazard. The breakfast was decent. "

"We stayed in the king suite and it was amazing. The gas fireplace at the end of the bed and the outdoor view was just a few of the amazing touches this Inn had to offer. The staff were the amazing and friendly. The breakfast was delicious. It was very foggy so it made the entire experience feel like something out of a fantasy. The bed was so comfortable and the shower amazing. Our only regret is not planning to stay more than on day. The guest lounge is a nice touch to be able to slip out for quiet time. Next time we hope to take advantage of the courtyard seating and relax under the trees. We couldn't recommend The Fairville Inn enough! It is just another piece of the puzzle of making a trip to Longwood Gardens or Winterthur Museum a perfect memory. "

"This boutique hotel was all I was hoping for. Its quaint, quirky and filled with charm. The owners really know their vision and made it happen. Super comfortable beds with fluffy pillows and heavenly comforters. Books everywhere. Location was perfect as its within walking distance to anything you need or want. Owners were very nice and helpful. They can get or find you whatever you need. Kcups and tea with sugar, and creamers are included. The little box of shampoo and soap and conditioners was perfect. The only downside to this hotel is the noise. It is located at a very busy intersection with a stop light. They do provide ear plugs and white noise machines to help with that. 3 off street parking spots. No staff on site but easily reachable via phone and text. Stayed in the Secret Garden Suite with a friend. The stairs are narrow and windey but handrails help you get up them! If you cant do stairs then dont reserve this this room. "
