"Great location, pet friendly, comfy beds and pleasant hosts. The house is a great size and ready for a family with a dog. This was a good fit for us moving our daughter into college from out of state with our dog. The house is definitely older and has character, it just needs a lot of TLC. Older furniture, paint chipping, things missing, bathroom needs updating, and some older home quirks, especially with electric. If these things get updated, it would've been a 5 star review. We'd...

"A group of co-workers opted to stay here as opposed to booking a hotel during a conference taking place on BU campus. This worked perfect for our needs! Everyone had their own space, location was ideal, 6 minute drive to our conference, check-in and check-out process was smooth, and extra points for off-street parking!"

"Great area to stay in and several walkable places. The general areas were clean and the apartment has a nice layout. The bathroom was a bit dingy and we had an issue the first 24 hours where we could not shower. We did reach out to management and they were able to get the issue figured out. One of the bedrooms (with 2 twin beds) did not have a door and had a curtain instead. Having kids, it was not the best scenario but we made it work. "Beautiful home and property. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Had all the conveniences of home. Kitchen was well stocked with everything needed. Sitting down by the lake was so peaceful! We have adult children - using the firepit and sitting around talking was my favorite part. Would 100% recommend this home. "
