Most restaurants open till midnight. Easy and fast transportation to Tokyo. Just beware of people on the street keep asking and harassing you to take the service they provide especially at night time.

Our room was very big and they made an extra bed for my son before our arrival, which was very nice. The garden is absolutely beautiful and definitely a bonus. It’s walking distance to Shinagawa station, so it’s very convenient.

This hotel is so beautiful. Calm. Families from around the world. I would recommend getting the breakfast buffet to start your day. The train is literally a short block away. The only downside the area has no restaurants so eat in the area you’re in that day before coming back. I knew this so it wasn’t a negative for me. I loved our stay. Highly recommend from a NYC girl who travels a lot.

A good stay can be ruined by unimaginative people who behave loud after 10 PM. Such were my neighbours at my floor last night. Loud talking between 10 pm -1 pm and a person who was directly above me was active and noisy until 1:30 am. Pure idiocy and I wish the management could kick out such people ...
