The staff were amazing: professional, friendly, keen to make sure you enjoyed your stay. The hotel was superior with spacious and beautifully appointed rooms. The grounds were spectacular. The food was excellent exceptional. A real gem!

Hotel facilities and staff were excellent. The staff went above and beyond to help make special arrangements prior to my arrival for a surprise engagement. The spectacular view combined with the comfort of our room made it difficult to leave and explore Tokyo.
