A hidden gem, the photos don't do Fig Cottage any justice. If you're looking for a peaceful and tranquil location this is ideal. The cottage is ideal for a couple as well as a young family of four, Hester and Paul were lovely friendly hosts. You're are 20 minutes from Ashford town centre and 10 minutes to a supermarket.

It is al very nice and beautiful location with a big garden (a soccerfield, vineyard, a field for chicken and ducks). Also much activities for young children. Outside is a little slide and playhouse, a big trampoline and a zipline. The first three where very suitable for our daughter (2 years old).

10/10

This is a lovely old farm building converted into a comfortable cottage, making good use of the space without losing the original features. Very well supplied kitchen, simple and modern interior design, good mattress, great shower and all spotlessly clean. The cottage looks out on fields, a vineyard and mature trees. It's the perfect place to switch off and relax and our host was great, welcoming and informative. Highly recommended.
