The room was clean and front desk staff were friendly. The breakfast was ok. The pancake machine and coffee machine were not functioning properly. The breakfast tables were not wiped off often and the trash was overflowing.

Stay was good. Hotel was clean, kitchen was great. ‘Light’ breakfast that was offered was just some granola bars and yogurt, maybe we’re just accustomed to every hotel having. After continental breakfast?

Brookstone Lodge near Biltmore Village, an Ascend Collection Hotel
Friendly Staff, great breakfast, room was comfortable, door on bathroom screw came off, but worked out ok, put on closet shelf. Fan in bathroom did not work. Cover to remote batteries missing but worked ok. I have stayed here 5 other times, I will come again for future visits to Asheville. Very convenient ...
