Lantern Lodge - formerly The Residences at Biltmore
Good size, comfortable bed. Bathroom door wouldn’t close due to raised floor tile. Kitchen cabinet doors coming apart. Great location.

Our first room was near the elevator and was noisy. I asked for a different room and was immediately given a room down the hall that was perfect. Wonderful staff was happy to accommodate us.

Upon check In They did not have our reservation! One of the managers had to come out and figure out what was happening! It was in Expedia but not Kimpton! We wasted about 30 minutes trying to figure out the situation! This is not the first time I gave had an issue with Expedia! Will not be using ...
