Our first room was near the elevator and was noisy. I asked for a different room and was immediately given a room down the hall that was perfect. Wonderful staff was happy to accommodate us.

Had no issues, other than I found some gross hairballs stuck to a couple of my towels. I know mistakes happen, so this isn’t a big deal. Otherwise, A grade stay. The Lodge at Flat Rock
This place is a gem! My room was amazing and impressive clean I am very picky. The whole hotel staff was incredibly polite and kind throughout. Undoubtedly one of the best and most enjoyable experiences. Very happy they accept pets and I could enjoy every moment of my stay. Incredibly fantastic!
