This is an excellent hotel. Easy parking out front, easy walk to downtown Asheville, typical Sheraton style and service. Rooms are large, clean, staff is great

It had a beautiful dinning and bar area. We saw people with their well behaved dogs and was a nice way to meet people. The staff were very nice and accommodating. Room very clean. Bed very comfortable. Must try the 5 Points Restaurant which is a few blocks away - excellent breakfast at a great price!

Very good price to be downtown. It was on the outskirts of downtown but you could walk to several restaurants & sites. The hotel allows pets and there is carpet in the rooms so our room did have a little pet odor. We went downstairs and the staff gave us some febreeze to spray on the carpet. That did help. The hotel is dated but clean and the bathrooms were remodeled. The bed & pillows were comfortable. The front desk staff were very nice. Our room was not cleaned after the second day as they said they do, so they gave us a coupon for 2 free breakfasts (and they did bring us up towels, coffee, & water). The breakfast was okay. They had a waffle maker so that always makes a good breakfast for me. Also french toast, pancakes, eggs, bacon. I would stay again as the price and location were very good.

Staff were great! Great team they have there. Super helpful and friendly. Walkable to most breweries. Bar downstairs was good too. Definitely would recommend a stay there.
