お値段ならではの快適度

「良かった点」 駅から徒歩約3分の好アクセス。 近所にセイコーマート(0:00閉店)。 部屋の窓を開けて換気できる。 お手頃価格。 「残念な点」 エレベーター、フロント、宿泊フロア(禁煙ルーム)いずれもやや煙草臭含め古臭い匂いがする。 窓を開けたら煙草の匂いが入ってきた。 冷蔵庫、エアコンから頻繁に異音がする。 ドア開閉音、廊下をキャリーケース引き摺る音、話し声、とてもよく聞こえる。 総合的には、お値段に見合ったホテルでした。 清潔なベッドで寝れたらいいやというスタンスなので問題なしです。

防音が皆無。

廊下と部屋の防音が皆無で、ドアの開閉音、歩く音、咳払い、早朝おじさん同士の挨拶、びっくりして複数回目が覚め、不快で仕方なかった。 もちろん宿泊客が騒いだり大きな音をたてた訳ではなく建物の問題。

立地条件も便利な場所にあり、駐車料金を払ったとしても、リーズナブルな料金。アメニティも女性向きに用意されていて、建物は古いが、部屋は清潔で、不満はありませんでした。また、利用させてもらいます。

ホテル外観から選びました。エントランスは、古ぼけたオフイスビルのようでした。ロビーは暗い感じで、スタッフも無気力。客室内はリニューアルされていたが、家庭用照明、経費削減対策をやりすぎ。これはホテルではない。 残念！

とても快適な宿泊でしたね。素泊まりであれば高得点です。 ・気遣ってほしい点は、各部屋宿泊を一つ置きにしてもらえたら有難く思います（当日は少な目宿泊客数だと感じました。隣部屋や階上のいびきが壁を通して聞こえました） ・不便な点は、駐車場から歩いて遠い（駐車場が敷地外にて、他一般駐車場へ自分で予約すること）

夜勤には向かない

夜勤で使用しましたが 朝方の11時前後にランダムで サイレンが鳴ります。 かなり大きな音なので 飛び起きてしまいます。 あと壁が薄いようです。 たまたま一日だけ早く帰れたのですが 隣に泊まっていたギャルの夜中の 電話の声が筒抜けでした。 電話の通話相手の声も聞こえました。 飲みに行って酔っ払って帰る予定なら 安くてお得なホテルですよ！

畳敷きの部屋でお布団寝って落ち着く

駅から近くて便利。 近場にコンビニや美味しいラーメン屋があって 食事には困らない。 問題は、部屋の長さとお布団の長さがギリギリで TV側に頭を置くと足先が冷えること。 でも普通、寝っ転がってTVを観たいので 頭が近くにいくよなぁ？ そんなことを思いつつ寝ました。 狭いので、多少圧迫感はあるけれども 畳敷きの部屋なので直接座れるから ホッとくつろげました。 窓のすぐ目の前が東横インなのも、 今なら笑える(多分)。
