The hotel overall was good. However, the “double” beds were small for a family of 2 adults and 2 kids ages 12 and 9.

We paid for a non smoking room but when we walked in it smelt overwhelming like smoke. We let staff know and they did move us to another room but it was smaller and actually a downgrade from what we originally paid for, with no other compensation. This is disappointing because I already feel like the hotel is expensive for what it is. Ontop of that, upon spending time in the new room, there was still a slight smoke smell, I imagine it was from the cloth chairs which retained the smell. At least there were fans which helped blow to smell out the windows.

家族で利用させて頂きました。学生さんが多数泊まっていたからか宿泊階の部屋のすぐ前の廊下で話し込んでいる学生さんがいて不快ではありましたがホテル側の不備ではない為仕方ないと諦めました。設備が少し古くバストイレは残念な感じでしたが部屋は壁も綺麗で良かったです。

全体に落ち着いた雰囲気のホテルでした。宿泊した部屋は広い造りで、調度品が歴史を感じさせました。スタッフの皆さんも親切でフレンドリーでした。チェックアウトの時には、今日は暑くなるのでお気をつけてとお声かけしてくれました。また泊まりたいホテルです。
