"The hotel overall is very convenient right across the street from the JR. The rooms are ok a bit small but standard in Japan. The only issue or situation that travelers need to be aware is breakfast ends at 9:30am meaning you need to leave the breakfast room then not come in at 9:15am and except to have a long meal. This was more of a customs issue and I thought the staff at breakfast can be nicer. As we come in 9:10am trying to finish fast the staff were almost walking around us to clean up. This is was only customs that I think we need to get accustomed to. Other then that the bathroom there is no window so be sure to open the door not in use as it can smell a little bit moldy but just open the door. Overall, a great stay!"

"The room was very clean and comfortable, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. The kitchen facility is large and well organized. The Onsen was quiet and relaxing. Mt. Asahidake was OUTSTANDING!"
