Comfortable three-rooms apartment
- Located a short distance from the center of Porto Cervo (approx. 2.5 km.), the port and the most beautiful beaches in the area, this is close to the supermarket, bars and restaurants which are about 400 meters away.
It is part of a small complex of 7 terraced apartments and is arranged over 3 levels: the entrance leads to the intermediate level with double bedroom and bathroom, 6 steps lead to the upper level where the second small bedroom is located attic bedroom with French bed (bed 130 cm wide/minimum ceiling height 165 cm)
Another 7 steps from the entrance lead to the lower level where there is a large living room with separate kitchen and a beautiful and cool furnished veranda where you can dine and relax al fresco.
You are surrounded by the splendid rocks of Gallura, close to the property there is parking place.
All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, the kitchen with microwave and dishwasher; Wi-Fi connection available for free.

Excellente adresse à recommander absolument
Nous avons passé deux semaines de vacances formidables dans un maison typiquement sarde, localisée sur les hauteurs de Porto Cervo, dans un quartier très calme, au milieu de la pierre de Gallura. La location, très bien entretenue, correspond parfaitement à la description. La terrasse couverte est un formidable atout de par sa vue sur un jardin luxuriant, avec même la mer au loin qui se découvre entre un magnifique palmier et autres oliviers. La maison très accueillante et personnalisée s'agence avec confort sur plusieurs niveaux, et garde la fraicheur même lorsqu'il fait 35°C à l'extérieur. Les propriétaires (Walli parle très bien le français), toujours de bon conseil, sont des gens adorables et très disponibles afin de vous assurer le meilleur séjour possible.
Une adresse à recommander absolument pour des vacances reposantes et réussies.

Perfetto!
L'appartamento è molto pulito ed accogliente, la veranda arredata è piacevolissima per rilassarsi.E' molto vicino a Porto Cervo ed i proprietari sono molti disponibili e gentili.
