"Excelente casa, menos de 10 min de carro do centro de Porto Cervo. A casa que eu fiquei era bem espaçosa, quarto amplo. Eu gostei muito da casa e do atendimento da hospedagem. Tem estacionamento gratuito no local. A cozinha é equipada para que você prepare suas refeições. Tem lavanderia que pode ser usada por todas as casas do condomínio. "We were a group of 5 girls, we arrived in the evening. It was our first visit in Sardinia and we didn’t have any idea of what to expect. But after a 40 min ride from the olbia airport we got to the house that’s on the top of a hill...The view from the balcony is simply breathtaking. We didn’t stay home much, as we had only 4 days to visit everything and enjoy the amazing beaches and water and nightlife of the place. But Carlo’s home was clean and perfect for what we wanted. The balcony looks out over it's car park. The apartment is fine in ways and Cannigione has some good restaurants. The beaches nearby are good, but everything from sunbeds to snacks are heavily overpriced. "Super modern and kept clean, great A/C. Good area close to town and close to port for tour boat I don’t like that we had to pay attention to which days to take trash out and had to separate all the trash. We are after all on vacation "

"The hotel is in a nice location but that’s all, dated and in poor condition. There is no restaurant on site but some food ones around 3 mins away driving though. Worse mattress ever, which we requested change but that didn’t happened. Wouldn’t recommend it despite nice reception staff "
