"We spent our family vacation at Villa Smeralda, and everything from start to finish was absolutely perfect. Communication was excellent - smooth, friendly, and always quick to respond. The villa itself is beautiful, spotless, and incredibly comfortable, offering everything we needed for a relaxing stay. A special thanks to Villa Manager Mario, who went above and beyond to make sure our holiday was unforgettable. His hospitality and attention to detail truly made a difference. We can’t recommend Villa Smeralda highly enough and would love to come back again soon!"

"It is not worth for the price you pay. With the exception of one staff member, the rest were rude to us. For many, they could not communicate well in english (which is fine, not everyone needs to be fluent) but when you are the only person to help and are meant to be having sensitive converstations you need someone to be able to communicate it well. "

"The property was in a great location and it roughly takes 30 minutes to walk to the marina and around 15 minutes to the local restaurants (It’s 30 euros one way to the marina) The bathroom was very nice and modern, however, the bedroom was slightly dated and the mattress was not the most comfortable. Also the tv in the bedroom was not a smart tv and there were no English channels. If the bedrooms and TV were modernised I would stay here again. "

"The house is situated in beautifully maintained grounds and the pool was very clean and maintained throughout. The proximity to town was perfect - a 5 minute walk to the restaurants and exclusive shops. The check in process was good but unfortunately we don’t speak Italian and the check in host spoke no English so slightly tricky! The villa was very well equipped but a little tired in places for example in the bedrooms - some new bed linen wouldn’t go a miss. Overall a very pleasant stay and the host very responsive and helpful via text (in very good English!) Thanks for a lovely stay :) "
