Agréable petit studio pour 2,3 jours mais pas plus.Extérieur trés bien. Manque un étendoir pour faire sécher les maillots de retour de plage et pression d'eau très faible dans la douche.Nous avons passé un bon séjour.

Tres bon accueille avec Isabelle et Jean-Marc. Ce sont des personnes très sympathique. Quand nous reviendrons vers chez vous avex nos enfants nous viendront vous faires un coucou. Petit point a Améliorer. -Un petit rafraichisseur d'air serait un Plus. -une moustiquaire sur la porte qui donne dur la terrasse serait également un Plus. -un petit sur-Matelas serait Également un Plus. Cour très joliment arboré et fleurie. Merci a Isabelle et Jean-Marc qui prennent le temps de discuter avec leurs locataires . Merci . Kévin et Sophie.

Nous avons été très bien accueillis. Nous avons apprécié le calme, le jardin, la situation de la location proche de tout ce dont on a besoin... Nous n'hésiterons pas à revenir !

Isabelle et Jean-Marc sont des personnes très sympathiques, hyper accueillantes, et très disponibles. Le petit studio est confortable, petit mais suffisant pour un séjour à 2 . La terrasse ainsi que le jardin élargissent le confort. En plus d’être au calme et tranquille, la situation vous permet de visiter pleins d’endroits en peu de temps. Sans compter la proximité de la côte sauvage. Bref! On conseille.

Studio offrant de très belles prestations dans un environnement idyllique et entièrement clos. Mon petit fils de 3 ans 1/2 a adoré le trampoline la balançoire, le parc, le chat. Je ne m'attendais pas à une si belle surprise. Si vous aimez la nature foncez c'est super et les hôtes sont très à l'écoute. Je reviendrai avec plaisir.

Propriétaire très avenante et sympathique. Sublime terrasse avec éclairage pour le soir. L'appartement est un peu petit pour deux mais suffisant pour quelques jours. De toute manière il y a beaucoup de choses à faire aux alentours. Très chouette endroit!

Grande terrasse et jardin bien équipé, cadre nature, paisible et agréable. Logement propre, fonctionnel, cosy avec une literie satisfaisante. Bien placé, pas loin des grosses villes et des attractions touristiques. Cependant, logement très (trop) petit, agréable pour deux trois nuits maximum. Odeur dans le logement quelque peu désagréable. Excellent accueil, personne bienveillante, douce et arrangeante. Merci pour votre gentillesse et vos bons conseils également.

Petit studio très bien agencé, avec terrasse ouvrant sur un superbe panorama arboré et fleuri. Tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un séjour agréable et reposant. Et plus important encore, un accueil chaleureux par des hôtes sympathiques et à l'écoute des moindres besoins de leurs "invités". Nous le recommandons sans hésitation.

Avons séjournés quelques jours, pour pouvoir profiter de la cote sauvage, pour faire du surf. Arvert est une petite commune au calme, proche de la palmyre. Concernant le logement, cest petit mais très bien agencé ! La terasse est un gros plus ! Et le jardin sans vis a vis également. Je recommande fortement !
