Airlines and other hotels don’t have issues like this. Ridiculous policy, when booking a hotel consideration of brand and loyalty definitely forms part of the decision. They gave me a room with a step shower but the bathroom had no grab handles so difficult for me. Silly because for very little money it could have been much better. "Beware of the room you are given. My wife, myself and my 2 kids (5 and 7) were given a room that only had 1 single bed and 1 double bed. Ended up pushing the beds together so the kids didn't fall out of bed. Terrible. I tried messaging the hotel prior to arriving to query this, but messages were not replied to. Also, we stayed here last year (with a room that accommodated us), and the food last year was vastly superior. Pizza last year was rustic, and home made style. This year the pizza bases looked and tasted like ready made from Tesco. Really unpleasant."
