"We travelled for a wedding, hoping to have an extended stay to enjoy the warm weather. Unfortunately the weather wasn't great so we were confined to the indoors most days. The villa is lovely, but the living space is a little too cramped, the kitchen/living area is very small and cooking on a one hob stove is difficult. We had hoped to make use of the BBQ in the sun.Check in process was great and Myriam was lovely.Shame the weather dampened our experience a little"

"Lovely and relaxing stay, really well equipped for large groups to get away. Nothing fussy so an ideal choice for a large group with children - plenty of bits to explore and space to run around. Christian was really helpful and quick to respond to any questions, including introduction to chef Alain. Rafting near Foix recommended and a trip to Mirepoix market and the Carcassonne light show. "They charged me £35, but when I arrived at the hotel, it was completely closed. The gates were shut, all the doors were locked, and there was no sign of life — no staff, no guests, nothing. I tried to contact the hotel directly but received no helpful response. I then reached out to Expedia customer service, but they refused to issue a refund. It was clearly a scam — no one was there, and it appears they’re just taking money from people. This is unacceptable and very poor service. I strongly advise others not to trust them."
