"This is a nice place to stay in the center of Colonia St. Pere. Only 50m from the local beach with a great view from the roof top terrasse and access to many restaurants along the water front. However, it is 3rd floor without lift, so be prepared to climb stairs and has no aircondition. It´s ok when nights get a bit cooler to chill the appartement. We loved it very much. "

"This was such a pretty, clean and convenient place to stay! Literally 3 minute walk to the beach and boardwalk and close to many restaurants for lunch, dinner. The apartment had every convenience you could wish for including Washer/Dryer. We found it very nice to use and would certainly stay there again! It helps that the owner's parents live right below and can help with anything if needed, but owner very responsive as well. Lovely visit!"

Our flight was delayed by 3 hours but Joana was waiting outside of the appartment when we arrived. We were given a tour or the appartment. It was lovely and very clean. "A very luxurious and calming experience for our first visit to Mallorca. The hotel has a lot of thoughtful small touches (thick beach towels, lovely soaps), great parking, and a very restful and delightful ambience. Breakfast had a glorious amount of options. Stunningly pretty, old olive trees on the property and sheep and goats grazing in the distance. Would highly recommend! It's also very easy to get from there to many points of interest on the island so can be used as a jumping off point."
