"So many things I love about staying here. First the staff. Everyone goes out of their way to make you feel welcome. Antonio the doorman makes me feel welcome and like family every time I stay.
This time, I needed help with some business, copying and scanning at the very last minute and Jovan and Farma (spelling?) (the two managers on duty at the time.) went out of their way to help.
I love, absolutely love, that all the water in the building is purified. That means the water in the sinks the water in the shower, are the drinking water is purified so that means I don’t have to go searching for bottles of water to bring to my room.
I love the coffee machine in my room that uses the original Nespresso pods so I can bring my own decaf if I want. I love the tea maker in the room. I love the view.
The only thing I wish, is that the bed was a tiny bit more comfortable.
There were five pillows on my bed and all of them were hard and made my neck hurt. There wasn’t one pillow I could find to sleep on. I also wish there was a more cushy comforter. The one they have is so thin that it seems like there is no comforter.
I do love that I can control the temperature in my room, making it warmer or colder as I need it. Many hotels don’t allow this or restrict it seasonally.
I also love the nice restaurant they have attached, next to it. Perillas, a lovely restaurant with a nice choice of food and wine.
There many restaurants around it and is within walking distance to the river "

The bellman #johnnyBravo #JimmyNeutron #JohnnyDanger thank you for your comic relief after a long morning of travel and for keeping our belongings safe! The room was very clean and nicely decorated. It was quiet and the
The curtains were excellent at blocking out the morning sun. The breakfast exceeded my expectations, the options and quality were wonderful. The complimentary happy hour drinks and snacks were a great surprise and we enjoyed the drinks. We will stay again and again. Thank you for making our trip flawless. "
