Just the right spot!

Wonderful stay! The pictures, while good, do NOT fully represent this beautiful setting. The views are expansively gorgeous and the peace/serenity are very calming. Coupled with a well-designed small home and welcoming hosts, it's a perfect place for a get-away.

Convenient house for visit CAL Poly

Nice house and good location. Could ger a 5 star rating if it was stocked a bit better - the kitchenware is very minimal for instance. Also the beds are a bit dated. A little attention to this is recommendable and would make it a 5 star experience.

Beautiful Views!

We had such a nice stay at Sydnees property. The house is beautiful and the view over the valley to the ocean is amazing! We cooked in the kitchen, enjoyed the spa, tools some walks in the community, and saw deer one day. The weather in July was beautiful every day. Cool and breezy with only a little marine layer on the coast in the mornings. Sydnee was very responsive whenever we had a question or a need. Definitely a positive experience.

Family Time

The pictures don't do this home justice, it was absolutely amazing. Enjoyed the cool weather and the hot tub! The teens and adults enjoyed the ping pong table, can't say enough great things, would definitely stay again

Beautiful House!

The description of this house is very accurate. Everything was perfect! We really enjoy staying at this property. The only bad thing is that we were going to BBQ but there wasn’t enough propane so we couldn’t use the BBQ grill. Other than that, Excellent!

Windermere Villa Stay

Oh Wow! What a beautiful space it was for my family. We had a wedding held nearby. There was plenty of space. The couch in the living room double as another place to crash. Room for six is accurate. We had four adults and child. There are toys and games my granddaughter found right away to enjoy something to play after their long drive. The view to the sand dunes ocean hills. My sister and I walked down the very quiet Windermere ln hearing seeing birds of all kinds. Apr 2nd was the time of year of our stay. We didn't really need much the windows each framed a beautiful view. Linda

Nice and comfy

This house is much brighter, nicer and cozy than the photos shared. It was spacious for 4 adults and 2 toddlers. It was very private and love that it’s not far from downtown. Only down side are the bees in the backyard. There were way too many but It didn’t let us stop using the backyard though. Overall, the house is clean, comfy and will return again but hopefully less bees.

Gorgeous home!

My friends and I absolutely loved our stay at this home! It is extremely clean and updated. It has a beautiful view outside. The hot tub was wonderful for the chilly nights. The hosts were so helpful and quick to respond. Absolutely recommend!

Amazing home

We so enjoyed our stay in Arroyo Grande at this beautiful home. The host was communicative and brought us extra paper towels when needed. The view is incredible - all the way down to the coast. Beautiful sunsets from the yard. The hot tub was a real bonus! Everything was comfortable - we would’ve liked to have stayed longer!

Great getaway

Great location for relaxing and getting away, with a beautiful view! We had a great time hanging out at the beautiful property. We enjoyed the sunset, spacious kitchen and hot tub. Feels secluded but close enough to town. We went wine tasting in Edna Valley and the bluff trail at Montana de Oro. Great spot!

The house was better than advertised. Everything about it was better than the pictures. House was immaculate and outfitted in a first class way. Everything seemed new. Super place, it’s amazing, that’s all there is to say!

It’s a short 10 minute drive to enjoy everything Pismo beach and the five cities have to offer. Yet staying at this place offers all the quietness and relaxation you crave after a long day at the beach, the dunes or eating and shopping. We really loved this place and the host made things very easy. It’s nice, clean, roomy and had nice views and more. Anytime we are in Pismo we will look for this place.

What a beautiful home! Super clean, fun ping-pong table in garage, beach cruisers, even sand toys. The backyard was my favorite!! We had our coffee by the fire pit every morning and watched all the birds.

Amazing & Comfortable Villa

We came for our daughter’s graduation from Cal Poly! This was the perfect place to relax and enjoy some family time. The views are amazing! We will be back this summer!
