"Room was clean, wish the bathrooms had exhaust fans but otherwise everything was great. Lots of amenities and free breakfast and kickback hours!"

"Arrived at 1:15pm and was told my room was ready but to get in it I would have to pay $75, which I did not do. When we finally got in the room, we immediately noticed bugs crawling all over the bathroom floor. The toilet seat was loosely sitting on the toilet so I know the toilet wasn't cleaned. That is so unsafe. We were only in the room for a couple minutes and left for a concert. We got back to the room around midnight which is when we found out the beds were full of bugs too. We finally couldn't take the nastiness anymore so we left at 4:30am to head home. I called the front desk lady and she said she would have the manager call me, which never happened. I will never stay at a Doubletree again!"

"As usual for Springhill this was a very comfortable stay. Property was immaculate inside and out. Good beds, softer lighting, spacious room, good breakfast."

"Stayed less than 24 hours. The front desk staff was great. Small hotel great for the price. They offered water and coffee and suggestions for local restaurants. Room was clean beds were comfortable. "

"Room didn't meet my expectations at all. Sheets looked dirty and there was laundry and trash left in the hallway the entire night. Will not be coming back to this one."
