Experiência muito boa uns dos melhores hotéis que já hospedei com minha família. Funcionários muito educados e atencioso. O único ponto negativo e a subida do hotel. Mais fora isso bem localizado perto de tudo.

A pousada é boa, quarto são bem limpos, área comum perfeita. Em especial quero elogiar dois funcionários: a Thalia e o “Mineiro”; que nos atenderam muito bem, dando dicas de passeios e lugares, pois era nossa primeira visita à Arraial do Cabo. Um comentário sobre a pousada, é que ela fica bem no alto do morro e embora seja próximo às praias e lugares de passeios fica difícil o acesso para quem está sem carro. Nós preferimos deixar o carro na garagem e utilizamos o app de motorista sem problemas. Em outros dias resolvemos ir à pé que não foi problema, já que foi informado que poderíamos utilizar outra saída, na qual fica mais fácil o acesso ao cento. Mas infelizmente uma funcionária chamada Andreza, não gostou que utilizássemos esse acesso, porque ela teria que abrir o local e fica na garagem. Fez questão de comentar na minha frente seu desconforto com relação a isso. Achei bem desagradável ter que escutar seu comentário com o outro funcionário. Talvez precise ficar mais claro para os hóspedes se pode ou não utilizar esse acesso. Sobre o café da manhã, muito bom, tudo feito na hora, variedade excelente .

Difícil acceso a la Pousada. Instalación cómoda.
La pousada tiene muy difícil acceso. Ya sea en auto o caminando. Si bien las instalaciones son cómodas, sin lujo ni nada, al personal le falta muchísimo para mejorar el concepto de atención al cliente y satisfacción. La piscina es pequeña pero cómoda. Tiene una parrilla que después mencionan que tiene un cobro cada vez que se usa. El desayuno es agradable aunque con muy poca variedad. El servicio de almuerzo es realmente pésimo, no lo recomiendo. El tiempo de espera es 3 horas, insólito!

Fiquei hospedado por 6 dias e, com certeza, a estádia foi maravilhosa! O quarto super aconchegante, o café da manhã é simplesmente sensacional, a área comum da pousada é muito boa...com uma piscina ótima! A comida do restaurante é muito gostosa, o cafézinho e os chás que são oferecidos de cortesia na parte da tarde é fora de série. O local da pousada dá fácil acesso às principais praias da região, e sem falar que possui um estacionamento coberto para os hóspedes, evitando que os carros fiquem na rua. Mal fui embora e não vejo a hora de poder voltar! A próxima vez em Arraial do Cabo já tenho pousada certa!!!

Dias de horrores
Tive a infelicidade de pegar uma suíte com problemas na descarga ( não funcionava) que só foi resolvido no dia seguinte; a porta não trancava por problemas na bateria e demorou quase duas horas para ser resolvido e por último o ar condicionado parou de funcionar as 4h da manhã de sábado e alagou o quarto e tive que passar a madrugada no calor e trocando cama de lugar para não me molhar, mas ainda assim os pingos que saia do aparelho de ar condicionado respingava em mim....fui obrigado a sair um dia antes do período que paguei para não me aborrecer mais....a única ponto positivo foi o excelente atendimento dos funcionários, em especial do João e do Yan, no mais, a minha estadia na pousada mirante da prainhafoi pior que um filme de terror.

A estadia foi ótima. O que ficou a desejar foi o Wi-Fi nas dependências da pousada que não conectava à internet. Além disso, a tv a cabo não funcionava à noite. Pontos positivos: café com bolo à tarde e a prestatividade dos funcionários. Gostei da vista para o mar.
