Idyllic Stay in Arosa!

We had a fabulous stay at this hotel. The staff and accommodations were superb. Always welcoming and helpful. We loved the daily infused water at the front desk and the spa area though inside was soothing after a day of skiing and sledding. We will definitely be back!

Luxurious and best location in town

Beautiful newly renovated hotel right next to the train station. Super friendly staff. Had one of the best European breakfasts I've had. Also they have a spa but we didn't have time to enjoy it. I highly recommend this place!

Absolutely wonderful stay at Postresidenz am See. It was great to see the new hotel having stayed in there in the late 80’s. The interiors are beautiful, our family suite was gorgeous with the most stunning lake views. Location is excellent you can practically ski/board to the door of the hotel. We can’t put into words the standard of the food it was a taste explosion ever single evening and the most beautifully presented food we’ve ever eaten with great children’s options too. Breakfast again was fantastic with lots of choice. The spa is wonderful to relax after a long day on the slopes We will definitely be back and booking again for next year!

Our family had an absolutely fantastic 3-day stay at Postresidenz am See from December 24th to 26th, 2023. Our experience was nothing short of extraordinary, with every detail falling perfectly into place to create a truly remarkable visit. The hotel itself was brand new, and our room was not only spacious but also exuded a rustic yet elegant charm, showcasing high-quality craftsmanship. The views were simply breathtaking - a frozen lake, snow-capped mountains, and impeccable service at our fingertips. The hotel's central location in the village, situated very close to the railway station and other conveniences, added to the overall convenience of our stay. The management team was exceptionally friendly and attentive, always eager to hear our feedback and cater to our preferences. Dining at the hotel's restaurant was an exquisite experience, offering a wide array of sophisticated and delicious dishes. After a day filled with outdoor adventures, the spa became our sanctuary for relaxation and rejuvenation. It was the perfect place to unwind and recharge. Die Aussicht/ Upgrade zur Seesicht war super. Das gebuchte Zimmer ist im modernen Stil eingerichtet und hat so ziemlich alles, was man braucht. Ein zwei Getränke in der mini Bar würden es nochmals abrunden :-) Das Frühstück ist ausreichend und präsentiert sich als frisch. Beim Käse uffet wären weitere Sorten Top, ansonsten super.

Rekommenderar verkligen detta trevliga hotell

Ett mycket fräscht och modernt hotell beläget väldigt nära skidliften och nära tågstationen. Mycket trevlig personal och service på hela hotellet. En extra eloge till kvinnan som var chef på frukosten, hon är helt fantastisk! Hon har koll på minsta detalj, arbetar med glädje och effektivt med otrolig energi! Så inspirerande att se någon som verkligen älskar sitt jobb! Frukosten var väldigt bra och erbjöd ett fint utbud. Även den unge killen (som kunde lite svenska) och som jobbade i restaurangen och baren, var otroligt trevlig och gav mycket bra service. Gällande rummet, blev vi uppgraderade till ett större rum, vilket var extra trevlig. Väldigt fin, modern och rymlig svit, med kök. Det enda som jag och familjen skulle önska, är skönare sängar. Bäddsoffan var mycket skönare än sängarna som är för hårda. Spa och pool är fina och fräscha. Så trevligt att ni har olika typer av bastu. Bra att erbjuder speciell barn-tid för familjer. Skidförvaringen i källaren är förstaklassig! Otrolig genomtänkt, fräscht och bästa jag har sett (och då har jag varit på många hotell i Alperna i flera år). Rekommenderar verkligen detta hotell!
