Perfect for a 4 night stay in Arosa. Restaurant food is very good, rooms are basic but have everything you need & are very comfortable. A nice modern vibe with good access to all the snow related activities & other restaurants in the area.

Great hotel in heart of Arosa

Great hotel next to obersee in Arosa. We stayed on an apartment which is spacious and has a long balcony facing the lake or the open ice rink, Mountain View’s either way. Nice bar/dining area and very easy check in/out with very friendly staff. Room wax clean and quiet and ski room accessible by lift to all floors. You can walk to lift to slopes in 5 minutes or so or a bus right outside takes you to other access points to the ski area. Really enjoyed our stay and would definitely go again.

Arosa is a quaint town and beautiful. Nestled in the mountains. The views are stunning and the weather and temperature very comfortable however higher elevation = greater UV and greater chances of sunburn. The Aves Arosa home base is ver clean and walkable from the train station and bus station. Note that the bus is actually a van and therefore limited in passenger and luggage capacity. The staff are phenomenal and are very friendly and kind. The restaurant in the hotel is very welcoming. The entire property is very quiet and relaxing however it is probably bustling and the exact opp in the skiing months.

A hotel should offer a free parking for guest. The Aves Hotel has it’s own parking garage which was nearly empty. This is a perfect place to stay despite that the restaurant was not open during our stay.

Checkin is supposed to be self checkin with their online app. It didn’t go smoothly but when I got to the hotel there were actual people to check me in. Great value - summer season.

Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter, cool, lässig, kompetent Abendessen hervorragend Frühstück sehr gut, aber leider keine Abwechslung an Wurst, Käse, Kuchen... Schönes Zimmer mit Bergblick, empfehlenswert wäre die Reinigung des Zimmers, wird leider extra berechnet, da sich wirklich sonst sehr viel Staub entwickelt, auch um den Handtuchwechsel muss man sich dann selber kümmern. Eisbahn direkt am Hotel wird jeden Tag ab 6.45uhr unter Flutlicht aufbereitet. Störend. Vielleicht das nächste Mal ein Zimmer zur See-und Straßenseite.
