Seniorenurlaub in den Alpen mit "Arosa Card"

Die (kleine Wohnung) war für 2 rüstige Ü70-Pesonen ideal. Aber erst durch die "Arosa Card" wurde unser Aufenthalt zu einem Erfolg. Langwies gehört zu Arosa und für die Dauer des Urlaubs gibt es eine Karte, mit der sowohl die Rhätische Bahn als auch alle Bergbahnen(!) kostenfrei benutzt werden können. So waren wir fast täglich auf langen Wanderungen (bergab) über 2.000 m unterwegs.

Vriendelijk ontvangen door de gastvrouw. Rustig gelegen woning op een uitermate mooie plek. De bedden behoeven aandacht, deze zijn slecht te noemen. Erg dun matras waardoor het hard aan voelt. Verder heeft het huisje alles wat je nodig hebt

Für 5 Personen wenn man den ganzen tag am Skifahre

Die Adresse die angegeben ist gibt es auf google-maps nicht. Skiraum auch nicht aber sehr gemütlich sonst und nette gastgeber. Wenn man zu 5. Ist ist es von Vorteil wenn man nicht den ganzen Tag im Haus verbringen muss.

Genau das, was man erwartet

Süße, alte Berghütte mit toller Terrasse/Feuerstelle. Gut geeignet für Gruppen und Familien. Ist im abgelegenen Teil von Langwies an einer relativ steilen Bergstraße. Wir haben den tollen Ausblick, die Idylle und die urige Einrichtung sehr genossen.

Gemuetlich, sauber und freundlich

Wir waren fuer eine Woche zu Gast im Haus Montana mit einer Familie 2+3. Vom Platz her war das optimal. Alles, was man braucht inkl. Bettwaesche, Handtuecher und Kuechenausstattung. Die An- und Abreise erfolgte reibungslos. Die taegliche Anfahrt zum Arosa Skigebiet hat uns nicht mehr als 15 min. gekostet. Das einzige, das ein bisschen besser sein koennte ist Internetspeed. Sollte man im Urlaub jedoch eh meiden ;-) Wir kommen gerne wieder. Alles Gute!

Sauber, Preis-Leistung stimmt nicht

Langwies ist eher abgeschieden, trotzdem viel Durchgangsverkehr auf der Hauptstrasse. Die Wohnung ist für 5 Personen zu klein, vorallem bei schlechtem Wetter. Sehr dunkel und eng. Ausstattung der Küche mangelhaft, zb. ist löst sich der Teflon bei der Bratpfanne, zu wenig Geschirr und alles wirkt wie direkt aus der Brockenstube. Für diesen Preis hätten wir uns einen anderen Standard erhofft.

Peut mieux faire !

Très belle situation du chalet avec calme. Qualité de literie chambre parents inacceptable. Equipement général vieux et lacunaire, laisse à désirer (cuisine, vaisselle, sans lave-vaisselle, grill sans accessoires). Terrasse sans parasol, avec seulement 1 chaise longue délabrée, seulement 3 vieilles chaises plastique sans coussin: ceci n'est pas acceptable pour un appartement de vacances. Changement de personne de contact par rapport à la réservation qui ne nous a pas été communiqué.

Schöne kleine Wohnung

Wir waren super zufrieden mit der Wohnung. Wir waren zu 5. in den Ferien, es war aber genügend Platz da. Die Terrasse wämit der Grillstelle haben wir oft genutzt. Der einzige Nachteil war, dass wir täglich das Auto benützen mussten, da es doch ein bisschen abgelegen war für uns. Wir würden aber immer wieder gerne unsere Ferien im sauberen , kleinen aber feinen Casa Montana verbringen.

Summer Walking

Quaint cosy Swiss ground floor flat, near enough to the Lanwiess station to get easily to Arosa (main town in the area). Well kept by friendly locals, and comforting to come home to at the end of a long day in the mountains. The outside area provided a sunny place to have breakfast in the mornings and snack in the afternoon. Needed nothing else.. except some scissors !

Eine schöne Ferienwohnung im Erdgeschoss. Mitten im Nirgendwo des Arosa-Tals

Was leider in keiner Beschreibung steht, ist dass einige Fahrminuten von dem Haus die Rätische Bahn fährt, die einen innerhalb von ca. 20 Minuten kostenfrei (weil im Skipass enthalten) nach Arosa HBF bringt. Oder in ca. 40 Minuten nach Chur. Langwies teilt sich in zwei Dorfabschnitte in mitten einer wilden urigen Landschaft. Allerdings - das ist etwas schade - sind diese Abschnitte nur über einen kleinen Trampelpfad zu Fuß miteinander verbunden. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist genügend. Nicht im allerneuesten Zustand, aber durchaus sauber und funktional. In der sehr kleinen Küche kann man leider nicht zu zweit stehen. Es gibt außer dem eigenen Zimmer keinen gemütlich Ort wo man sich mal zurückziehen kann. Das ist etwas schade. Und ich bezweifle das die Wohnung wirklich 50qm hat. Etwas unorganisiert scheint die Kommunikation zwischen der Wirtin und Interhome zu laufen. Denn wir sind mit zwei Hunden unterwegs gewesen und hatten dies auch vorab angemeldet/ angefragt, sowie ausdrücklich durch Interhome bestätigt bekommen. Bei unserer Ankunft jedoch wußte die Wirtin davon nichts. Ebenso hatten wir eingeplant eigene Bettwäsche und Handtücher mitzubringen. Aber es war bereits alles bezogen und somit mussten wir leider die Gebühr für Bettwäsche und Handtücher berappen. Was ärgerlich ist. Bitte unbedingt mit einplanen, dass pro Tag eine Kurtaxe von 2 CHF in Langwies fällig wird. Ist sicherlich nicht dramatisch. Um die Hütte herum gibt es ein intensives Wildleben. Das konnten wir bei ausgiebigen Spaziergängen morgens und abends beobachten. Wer Hunde dabei hat, bitte die Leine nicht vergessen. Das Wild ist dort sehr aktiv und fast nicht scheu. Arosa selbst ist ein schönes Skigebiet, dass durchaus empfehlenswert ist. Wer plant dorthin zu fahren, um Ski zu fahren sollte sich unbedingt über die www.lenzerheide.com Seite die sog. First Minute Deals für den Skipass anschauen. Dort kann man den Skipass für wirklich kleines Geld online vorab gut und günstig kaufen.

Gezellig knus huisje

Gezellig huisje in heel mooie omgeving (zomer). Huisje heeft precies wat je nodig hebt, niet meer en niet minder. Geen internet, maar persoonlijk vind ik dat op vakantie juist wel fijn. Alle ruimtes zijn klein, maar voldoen (maximaal 5 personen). Bedden zijn goed. Er is voldoende kastruimte. Terras met mooi uitzicht en veel zon in de ochtend. In de eet/zitkamer geen comfortabele bank of stoel.
