"We stayed 2 nights and requested the room be cleaned, but it wasn't cleaned when we came back."

"Rooms were basic but clean, comfortable beds, very nice staff. Only negative was the slippery step upon entering pool, my wife took a nasty fall, grabbing onto the railing which didn’t really help as it was quite wobbly."

"No pool. No Sauna. No Hot tub. No Continental breakfast. No new towels in three days. The staff is rude. I will never return to this establishment again. There is a Travelodge a half a mile down the street that has everything this hotel does not. They are also cheaper, nicer, and pet friendly. You're welcome."

"The construction taking up and limiting parking also both hotels sharing parking?!?! Also, showering in cold water was not part of my plan because i usually enjoy a hot soak after a nice warm shower since that wasnt possible i wasnt happy with the hotel and i know another guest who also stated that they didnt have hot water?!? Sad customer"

"Horrible spring mattresses. The mattress actually rumbled when my husband’s snored and he doesn’t snore loudly or a lot. The AC/heat vent ventilation was horrific and both myself, and my husband were wheezing before we went to bed and horrifically when we woke up."
