"Some things looked shabby and some hall floors were dirty. In the breakfast room, the floors were not swept daily. The curtains in my room were torn. My little coffee pot didn’t work but I was able to access hot water for my tea from the water dispensers downstairs in the hallway, which was not always easy while I was caring for my grandson."

This time I found the elevator is little bit slow. But our room was 3rd floor, we were able to walk up and down stairs. Overall I’d recommend to stay here."
