A clean, light and modern renovated 2 bedroom apartment a short walk from the centre of Armidale. Offers all the comforts of home and is perfect for couples or families, short or longer stays. It’s only 2 blocks away from Armidale's restaurants, pubs, supermarkets or shopping mall. The apartment has private access, is fully fenced and child-friendly (please note there are stairs). This apartment features 2 bedrooms, each with a queen bed. 2 x single foam mattress are provided in the living room for extras. **Please note the bedrooms are upstairs. The single flight of stairs is on the steeper side so not suitable for those with mobility issues. The bright open plan living / dining / kitchen area has reverse-cycle air-conditioning and opens onto a private sunny deck. Two bathrooms, each with shower, vanity and mirrors. Each bedroom features built in wardrobes. The kitchen is fully self contained with everything you will need, microwave, dish washer, and an array of utensils. A washer and dryer is provided in a laundry cabinet along with laundry detergent. There is a single private off-street carport and ample parking on the street. Linen is supplied PLUS free Wi-Fi & Netflix.
A quiet, central location. Walk 2-blocks to the centre of town and you will reach all of Armidale's shopping, restaurants, pubs and supermarkets.Guests have access to the whole property. All Armidale's major schools are a 3-7 min drive from the apartment, including TAS / NEGS / PLC / Armidale High. The University of New England is a 7-min drive. Strictly no smoking in the apartment.

The property was nice and homely. It was easy to find, and quite central in town, so easy to access everything. Property was clean when we arrived. Happily recommend
This property was very well located to all the interesting sights in and around Armidale. Easy walk to the town centre. Great size, with comfortable rooms and amenities. Would return to this apartment if ever visiting Armidale in the future.
Generally OK, but all windows have been painted shut so bedrooms upstairs became horribly hot from 4 pm on when max temps reached 30C . Fans provided only just allowed sweaty broken sleep, with the front door open all night for ventilation.
Front door lock operates erratically and the small kitchen sink has no plug
