"Good sized room and comfortable bed. One day my room wasn't cleaned at all and there was work being done in the pool area which created a bit of noise."

"Room was booked and paid for a month in advance. We received multiple confirmations leading up to the day of check in. We arrived around 11pm from a very long day of traveling to be told there was no room available for us due to construction. Keep in mind, this construction was nothing new, the room was booked a month in advance and paid for in full. There was no notification that we did not have a room, no courtesy call, nothing. Very unprofessional. We were given a room at a Residence Inn down the street, so we ended up with somewhere to stay. A courtesy call would’ve been nice. "

"I stayed at this hotel for five days.. and two of those days my room wasn’t cleaned. The staff were good, but unhelpful. I left several messages for the manager to no avail. And you might think I am a complainer, but I assure you I am not. The hotel for the most part was clean, newly refurbished. The staff checking in were helpful. The breakfast was fair. Area was clean, eggs watery, sausage like cardboard and the coffee weak. I usually stay at LaQuinta’s .. I feel safe.. traveling as a single woman. And amenities are consistent, was very disappointed in this location. I probably will pass on staying again. No response from the manager was poor customer service."

"From the moment we walked in the front doors it was a great experience! We were greeted by a very polite young man. He helped me change my reservation to the correct date. The lobby, elevator and room were very clean. And we had a wonderful experience with this Holiday Inn!"
