There was an issue with getting checked in caused by the booking company, However Jessica took great care in getting it resolved and making us feel welcome! Everyone in the kitchen staff ect were the most hospitable people I’ve ever come in contact with at a hotel. I loved our stay!

Didn’t like they had me booked in a handicap room. I was there for 3 days for a wedding and booked months in advance. After talking with front desk I was able to change rooms. But I shouldn’t have had to argue for this to happen.

The staff in breakfast area are extremely friendly and accommodating. They went over and beyond getting me a new muffin, since i was allergic to cinnamon muffins.
