"My socks were black from walking around room, faucet was broken jagged, continental breakfast was poor, but the staff were all very pleasant and they did allow me to bring my little dog because I buried my Dad at Arlington with very little notice"

"The staff was generally fine, but the property condition is poor. In addition to various issues, I tripped and injured my knee on poorly maintained and loose carpet near the 11th floor elevator lobby. I reported it to the manager and was asked to fill out a form. There was zero care or concern. They didn’t so much as offer an ice pack. They’ll be receiving medical bills and can fight my insurance company over it. "

"Clean and updated room close to the airport. Left before breakfast, would have been nice to have breakfast to go. Dropped rental car off at airport day before flight leaving and walked back to hotel. I could have used airport shuttle, but opted not to. Plenty a nice restaurants close by. The shuttle to airport was quick and east with a pleasant and helpful driver."
