"We did not stay for the duration of our booking. The appartment had a strong sewarge odour, which give. other recent reviews would appear to be an ongoing concnern. The appartment was poorley equiped with utensils or other items such as tea towels making use of the kitchen limited. The bathroom is dirty and in poor condition. The overall cleaniness of the unit is poor. We recieved no communication from the staff-team when we informed them of our concerns. Overall very dissappointing. "

"I reserved a room which showed a room with a kitchenette and windows, but they insisted I was going to get a windowless studio with only a shared kitchen. This went against everything that was on the Expedia website. I emailed them for a few days and no one responded. Then 24 hours before my arrival I started texting back and forth until I was given what I reserved. It was very stressful."
