It was average. The biggest advantage was the laundry facilities, even though I had to clean the machines before I could use them. The room was dusty, and the floor was a little dirty. It was only a minor annoyance. I suggest getting a knife sharpener. The knife was so dull that it didn’t cut anything, not even tofu.

I booked ot for a friend...even thoughthey missed their transfer to the hotel but the people at night were still very helpful throught the night.in the morning transfer came for them and the whole stay was so calm,fulfilling ,cheap but comfortable..

The XPO is an industrial area with bus route to Marston Station. The apartment building is very quiet and peaceful. The apartment was cosy, warm and clean. I'd stay here again, obviously bearing in mind that bus service between Marston Station and the XPO is limited on Saturdays, with no service between 16:00 and 23:00. I had to take a cab from Marston when returning from Stockholm. It was a good learning experience for next time. I'd stay here again.

Early flight

Stayed overnight to catch early flight. Family of 5 so Apartment really helpful rather than booking 2 rooms. Free Shuttle bus was prompt and easy to organise. Room was clean and fine for us. Price was cheaper than other hotels for 5 people.

Comfortable & clean near airport

From check-in to check-out, staying at Hotel Apartments Arlanda XPO has been a smooth experience with a convenient location near the airport. The apartments are comfortable and clean. You sleep well and have your small kitchen with necessities, as well as access to a laundry room. Alla areas in the building are modern and well looked after.

Communication, the room itself was really good and calm. Unfortunately there were hairs to find on the bed, on the toilet seat and a lot in the sink. Besides that it was all clean and good but for me having hairs everywhere was kinda disgusting. So maybe remind your cleaning team to be more accurate. Thanks for the stay anyway.

Nice place but difficult access

Difficult to find the main entry or reception desk. Parking garage door code did not wofk properly. Difficult to find the garage entry. Code for elevator to access the garage from our hotel room did not work.

Great value

Free shuttle is a bonus. Nice and close to the airport. Easy to find reception. Check in was a breeze. You get a key not a fob and you get an access code for your floor. If I was staying longer it was nice they had washers and dryers for no charge. Room was very clean and basic. Little table a double bed. Nice bathroom with waterfall shower head. I did see a silverfish by the table on the ground when I was checking out. If you are looking for ambiance and something special this is not it. For the price it is a good place. Staff are helpful and kind. I checked out and they will watch your bags if you go into city before your flight like I did. Honestly for the price you get privacy and a kitchenette so really great value. I would recommend snd would stay again.

Do NOT book, this is a scam. We were never able to get in the room, and had to find another hotel to stay in. We never recieved any check in details, and there was NO ONE at the property when we arrived. This is not a hotel, it is more of a apartment, so there is no reception area- no one to talk to, no phone number to call! We couldn't enter the building without a code...and there was no one to contact to get the code. It was an absolute disaster. Plus there was anoter couple experiencing the same problem! No way to get into their room, never recieved check in info. The area the building is located is a deserted ghost town, not walkable to the airport, and with no one around to help us figure out what to do. We were left by the taxi, and helpless. There is one other hotel out there (a Scandic), that we could walk to...which was much more expensive, but they had a room and an airport shuttle. This experience was the lowest point of our trip to Sweden. We will be trying to get our money back when we finally get home, but I have a feeling the customer service is not going to be understaning, or helpful, based on the experience. DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY!!

Gekozen vanwege een vroege vlucht. Vanwege de hierbovengenoemde zaken matig. Tweepersoonsbed was wel prima, fijn dat er een keukentje inzat. Wel jammer dat je er geen koffie in kan zetten. Prijs voor 5 personen laag.
