"I phoned to book a room and found the girl who answered the phone rude and unpleasant but sure isn't there always one person who thinks they are above everyone else. So I decided just to book online and in doing so actually to my surprise got a way better deal. When my friend and I got to the hotel staff were plesent. Its a lovely place to stay Unfortunately I didn't get the rude girls name."

"We had a very good stay. The hotel was clean, comfortable and well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful, and everything went smoothly during our stay. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed. The location was also convenient and the overall experience was very good.
