"They didn’t have our reservation which was for 2 nights stay . 5/15/26 and 5/16/26 . Had to show them that my stay was to be for 2 days , they had placed our belongings under the stairs in the lobby . Your calendars asked for days of stay, correct? I highlighted the 15th and the 16th . I was told that was only for one night only . Though I was charged for two days . "

"It was very cleaner than the holiday inn which is in the same parking lot which we stayed in a day before! The staff was very sweet and helpful however we did have water on the floor from the AC when told about it nothing was done when we were there but we made them aware and no compensation was given to us at all"

"Remodel in progress- To check in- had to call a number and a lady came up to check us in The room we were given was under renovation, but not complete. It was clean- BUT- no water glasses, coffee pot or service, no smoke alarms, etc. Checking out- there was a guy sitting in. Car engine running and lights out and he calls out to me as I drop the key in the window. Creepy. "

"The desk manager went out of his way to help us change rooms the next morning to a ground floor because we have trouble with stairs. This was unexpected and very much appreciated. The room was very clean as were every appliance in the room. As this is one of the older hotels in the area, I didn’t expect it to be as well kept as it is. I will not hesitate to stay there again. I couldn’t be happier! "

"We choose not to partake in the breakfast because we decided to leave. A person was threatening another with their life and banging/kicking the guest's door so loudly. We packed up and left the hotel immediately around 530am"

"Very quiet over all the water was rusted coming out of shower and sink so bad it turned the rags brown and my air conditioner was broke or something very hot in my room"
