"My husband and I stayed here to celebrate our wedding weekend, I’d love to say everything about it was exactly as listed but the listing and pictures simply don’t do it justice. It was the most peaceful and relaxing place we could have picked for our weekend. We truly hope to return in future years for our anniversary."

"First of all, this cabin was absolutely beautiful! My fiancée and I took a relaxing trip to Jasper to explore the Ozarks, and from the moment we arrived, we knew we had picked the perfect place to stay.The communication with the hosts was exceptional from start to finish. They were incredibly helpful before, during, and after our stay and made sure the cabin had everything we could possibly need. The drive to the property could be a little confusing for a first-time visitor, but the hosts provided excellent, detailed directions that made finding the cabin easy.And then we arrived—the view was incredible. One of our favorite parts of the entire trip was waking up each morning, making a cup of coffee and breakfast, and watching the sunrise from the front porch or through the large living room window. It was unbelievably peaceful. We even had deer and rabbits wandering around the property, which made the experience that much more special.The cabin itself was warm, cozy, clean, and truly felt like a home away from home. It was the perfect place to come back to after a day of sightseeing and exploring the Ozarks.This was genuinely the best booking experience I have ever had. If you’re planning a trip to Jasper or the Ozarks and want somewhere peaceful, beautiful, and memorable to stay, this is the place. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely stay here again.10/10. You will not be disappointed!"

"Large deck with a good view. Beautiful bathrooms with large showers. Extremely comfortable mattress. Well equipped kitchen. Very private but also close to Jasper and the Cliff House.The property isn’t very suitable for anyone with any mobility issues, the stairs were steep and narrow."

"We had an amazing stay at Higher Ground! Private setting, fantastic house, and amazing amenities! We spent a lot of time out back disconnected and relaxing. Stargazing every night from the hot tub was a top favorite for us. Melissa put a lot of thought into the house and it shows! Furnishings and decor was top notch. We will definitely stay again when we are back this way! Wonderful way to spend our 29th anniversary!"

"This cabin is absolutely beautiful!!! The pictures don’t do it justice!! Check in was a breeze, the loaf of homemade bread waiting for us was so wonderful, the detail on the wood counters is just spectacular!!! We absolutely loved it and plan to go back at the first opportunity. If you happen to be a stargazer, this is the perfect spot!!"
