"Great place to stay with an amazing view of the lake. The staff was super kind and helpful. It was a long walk to the bus station with luggage for my trip out the next day and they were able to arrange a ride for me and sent me with a sandwich since I had to leave before breakfast started. Very thoughtful. The pools are a great amenity and the spa menu looked amazing. Comfortable bed too."

"This was my first week ever in Europe and this hotel was my favorite. It started with the super nice, accommodating staff and continued with the beautiful view of the lake from my room. They were in the final parts of remodeling but my room was perfectly done with a great view of Mt Pilatus over the little

. Dinner was a bit pricey but the breakfast buffet was certainly worth it. Highly recommended...oh, and take the ship to get there. Its a very short walk to the hotel 👍"
