"The Black Sea was visible between other high-rise buildings, so it wasn't the best view, but it was fine. It was a very nice new room though and very close to a mall. Plus it was close to the airport. And the staff was very friendly and helpful. For the price, it was amazingly good."

"It's a new hotel at older part of Batumi. Rooms are nice and fresh. The area is quieter than modern parts of Batumi and not popular among Arabs etc. Thanks to this there is minimal traffic at night. There are still plenty of restaurants and shops around and it's a small walk to the beach. If you let them know ahead then they reserve parking place in front of the hotel. Parking at Batumi is a big problem and it's a good option. There are beautiful views from the breakfast room. Some guests...

"Hotel Retro was a great boutique hotel in Batumi. Well located in the Old Town and by the harbour, within easy walking distance of much of what the city has to offer. My room was clean and modern with all the amenities that I could need. There was also a great choice of bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. I would absolutely recommend staying here if in Batumi."
