The view was fantastic. The area is ok with good beach access and markets close by. The room is spacious. That said the finishing in the room is cheap. The laminate around the kitchen sink was peeling and yhe closet doors were jammed. The plumbing has some type of poor installation as the sewage smells would come up through the drains unless they were covered. Not the best stay i have had but it was comfortable enough for a few days

The apartment was clean, linens appeared professionally laundered and very clean. Everything in the apartment was in working order. It wasn't the "Ritz Carlton", don't get me wrong. , It is a nice clean functional studioapartment good for long or short stay. In my humble opinion, it is a good budget option. The managers were responsive and available to answer any questions that I had.

First of all the owner was friendly and attentive. He met me, gave me the key and explained everything. The apartment was in a good location, there was a shopping center, shops, restaurants and cafes around. And most importantly the apartment was comfortable, clean and equipped with everything.

It was short stay but i like to much. Near the beach . Very good sea view, from balcony nice to sea the blak sea. Near is many restaurants many good entertainment. Amd bulvar. Good apartment good location in the new bulvar.

I felt like at home. My room was very tidy and smelled nice. It was clean. My view was great. Prices were very affordable. They speak English. If I go to Batumi again, this is the only address I will definitely choose. I strongly recommend.
