"I would have rated this hotel excellent if not for the lack of airconditioning. I went in May which is cool/cold autumn weather so you think you don’t need an airconditioner, maybe some people will be ok with it, but my body tends to run warm so I felt the room was stuffy. Otherwise, everything else was great, close to restaurants and shopping, breakfast was good, staff was friendly. I chose this hotel because a lot of tour companies pick up from this hotel. "

"Fireplace in room was best part of stay. We wanted the panoramic suite, but was unavailable. We had a suite in the lodge with small kitchenette, but the lodge was too far to safely walk downhill on gravel covered surface. NO COFFEE MAKER IN ROOM! I went to store and bought my own, as there was no way I was going to walk up and down that slippery hill for a cup of coffee. For $25 they can afford a coffee pot and some coffee in the room. We thought the hotel was right in town. Our error. Uber was readily available for about $8 each way. About a 15 minute drive. Would stay in town next trip. 3 star property."

"The place is amazing to relax end enjoy the nature, we love the peace and forest area. Personal very attentive and friendly. We were about 1 mile to the cevic center Ubers very inexpensive. The food in the restaurant was excellent We highly recommend design suits"

"Excellent property, location is at the end of city center. Easy walk to restaurants and grocery stores. Restaurants are open late. We arrived late in town and found all the restaurants open for dinner. Two times we needed assistance in the room, a safe we could not unlock and extra bathroom supply, staff was immediately at the door. Breakfast was excellent, lots of options.my daughter is vegan and she had fruits,vegetables,quinoa dish and kombucha teas are so appreciated. Definitely recommend this hotel."

"Stunning hotel views of the lake and the mountain, best amenities I’ve seen with the most beautiful indoor/outdoor pool, delicious breakfast and very friendly staff! Location was ideal as well, very walkable! Absolutely loved this hotel, would love to go back!"
