Wonderful

We thoroughly enjoyed our two weeks stay in this lovely villa. The location was perfect, virtually on the amazing beach near Argeles-sur-mer port. The position of the villa also meant that the sun is either on the large balcony or the garden below. Perfect. Everything was as described and the host was very helpful. We will return!

Very comfortable, clean and well maintained but nowhere in the details did it state that the accomodation was all on the first floor. Had we known we would not have booked as both my wife and I have problems with stairs.

Second visit

This is the second time we have been lucky enough to holiday in this property.The house is in an excellent location for the resort, close enough to easily walk to all amenities but just far enough to be away from the crowds. There is also good secure parking if you are in your own car.The house has everything you need for a good holiday, including air conditioning in the lounge and 2 of the bedrooms, which was much appreciated in the heatwave we had this time, although we spent most of our time on the terrace, which is a great place to sit and watch the world go by.The handover at the beginning and end of our stay was really good, despite our poor French.I would not hesitate to recommend this property and I hope that we will back ourselves.Dave & Anne

Wir haben nun zum dritten Mal unseren Urlaub in diesem Haus verbracht. Es war wieder sehr schön. Die Unterkunft ist sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Nähe zum Strand ist natürlich der größte Pluspunkt. Wir schätzen aber auch das angeschlossene Grundstück wegen unseres Hundes.

Wir können allen vorherigen Bewertungen nur zustimmen. Ein wundervolles, gemütliches Haus in allerbester Lage. Maison toujours agréable, ainsi que la région. Bonne communication avec la propriétaire, peut s'adapter et se montrer disponible à nos besoins au niveau des horaires d'arrivées et de départs. Sehr schöner Aufenthalt im Oktober

Schon im Vorfeld wurden alle Mails und Anfrage rasch und freundlich beantwortet. Wir konnten uns problemlos auf An- und Abreisetermine einigen. Das Haus war sehr sauber und wir bekamen ein Willkommensgeschenk und alles Wichtige gezeigt. Auch das W-Lan funktionierte einwandfrei. Die Einrichtung ist praktisch und auch die Terassenmöbel sind gemütlich. Die Lage ist fantastisch, so dass wir mit unseren SUP-Boards in wenigen Schritten am Wasser waren. Auch zu der Bäckerei und den Restaurants am Hafen sind es nur wenige Minuten zu gehen. In der Hochsaison weiß man bestimmt den Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück noch mehr zu schätzen. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und bedanken uns bei unserer Vermieterin. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Oase am Meer

Ein rundum perfektes Haus. Gut eingerichtet, bequeme Betten, schöne große Terrasse. Der Garten ist eingezäunt. Der Hund hat sich frei bewegen können. Zum Meer sind es nur wenige Meter. Die Gastgeber wohnen gegenüber und sind sehr freundlich. Uns war 1 Woche fast zu kurz.

Perfekte Lage eine schönes Domizils

Schon im Vorfeld war die Konversation mit der Gastgeberin klar, unkompliziert und sehr zuvorkommend. Freundlich war dann auch der Empfang durch Mme Gatault . Vom ersten Moment an fühlten wir uns wohl , inklusive unser Labrador. Wir genossen diesen Blick aufs Merr , die Strandnähe, die Nähe zu den Geschäften, die Umgebung und die Möglichkeit , die Gegend zu erkunden . All die positiven Bewertungen können wir nur bestätigen. Absolut empfehlenswert!
