Family house on the Bassin side, all comfort, with enclosed grounds (pets allowed) 400 m from the beach and near the sailing club, the Bassin de St Brice (ideal for children).

Maison de vacances correcte

Nous avons séjourné à 7 adultes + deux bébés. La communication avec le concierge est fluide et réactive. Nous avons été déçus par l’état de la maison, qui est très humide lorsque le temps est malheureusement pluvieux. La maison sentait fortement le renfermé et l’humidité tout le temps de notre séjour (2 semaines). L’une des deux salles de bain, dont la douche ferme mal avec de l’eau qui ruisselle à l’extérieur, a beaucoup de mal à sécher. Le parquet dans la pièce principale semble proche de céder. L’état de propreté est vraiment à revoir, ayant un bébé qui rampe, nous avons dû nettoyer fortement le parquet qui était presque noir, en témoigne l’état de la serpillière. Les portent mériteraient grandement un bon nettoyage. C’est dommage, car à côté de ça la maison est bien agencée, très bien décorée, très agréable avec ses 2 terrasses pour profiter de l’ombre ou du soleil, bien équipée, et plutôt bien située pour découvrir les environs. Nous avons passé un bon séjour malgré tout.

La maison est très agréable et fonctionnelle. Très bien pour 11 personnes. Les 2 salles de bain et WC séparés sont un plus. Cuisine bien équipée et moderne. Vaisselles et casseroles de très belle qualité. Terrasse très agréable. Bel emplacement dans le bassin d’Arcachon. Idéal pour plusieurs familles avec enfants. Un petit bémol pour le ménage qui pourrait être fait mieux fait (nombreuses toiles d’araignées, étagères poussiéreuses et l’aspirateur n’est pas fait sous les lits)

de bonnes vacances !

Nous avons passé 2 belles semaines à 7 dans cette maison rustique joliment décorée. La literie est bonne, la cuisine est très bien équipée, un barbecue est à disposition et 2 terrasses, donc toujours une place au soleil! L'endroit est très calme et reposant. Le bassin se découvre idéalement par les pistes cyclables.
