Nice boutique hotel rooms definitely need upgrades Carpets in room are very dirty looks like the original . Grounds though are great , garden and pool are kept very well

Beautiful stay in wonderful Arequipa
Queens Villas is lovely. Breakfast was not included in my booking and a bit expensive to buy but of great quality with lots of choice. The room was big, clean and comfortable with a good shower and lovely, clean ensuite and nice complimentary toiletries, plus lots of useful info in the room. The pool and communal areas were beautiful and well maintained. I received an unexpected welcome drink and staff were very helpful and courteous at all times. Arequipa is wonderful and this hotel was well located approximately 15 mins' walk from the centre and tourist attractions in a quiet pleasant neighbourhood.

Nice pool, excellent service, breakfast food nothing special but nice around pool. Very overpriced just for a pool, especially coinsidering location was 15 minutes walk from centre. Area safe though. I booked a Business Single Room, which was a slighlty larger bungalow type of room, but a slightly awkward shaope so the extra space was of no benifit. The wifi did not work and I had to go near pool to use. Generally ok, but started to have probelms with something eating me. The 1st night x3 insect bites, 2nd night x10 bites, and the 3rd night x20 bites. As very relieved to be checking out.

Great hotel
This hotel has the friendliest staff. Their on site parking was a great extra. The rooms were nice and spacious. The pool and bar area were very nice. The area around the hotel did not seem bad, but also not the safest. However, the staff did an amazing job at giving great tips of things to see and do in the area.

Refresh and relax in a garden oasis
Staff was very attentive but never intrusive. Beautiful gardens and pool. Well maintained with style and attention to detail. Well situated in the city, yet secure and relatively quiet. Would stay here again for sure.

Nice, cozy hotel with beautiful gardens
My daughter and I stayed at the Queen's Villa when visiting Arequipa for the first time and everything about our stay was perfect. One of the managers (Aurora is her name, I think) is fluent in English and German (!) which made it very easy for us to communicate. Other staff members speak English as well, although to varying degrees. Aurora went above and beyond to make our stay a pleasant one: We arrived from the airport at around 9 am and were able to check in early at no extra charge. She also helped us with booking a 2-day-trip to Colca Canyon and gave us lots of advice on the city etc. On the first night, we had dinner at the hotel. It was pretty chilly and the staff was kind enough to light a fire even though we were the only customers left in the restaurant. We also could store our bags for the overnight stay in the canyon. I can recommend this place to anyone - it was truly outstanding!

Excellent hotel. Staff friendly and helpful. Reception staff spoke English which was a bonus. In a nice area of Arequipa within walking distance of the old town. Value for money

The room was wonderful. I only wish their restaurant had been open. The menu looked great but was not available. I was there in the off season and it looked like they were renovating the dining area.

Rustig stadshotel met prima service
Queens Villa in Arequipa is een rustig gelegen hotel op 15min wandelen van de Plaza de Armas. Prima ontbijt, verse broodjes, vers sap en eitjes gebakken naar wens! Mooie tuin met zwembad, keurig verzorgd. Superior tuin bungalows erg mood maar redelijk donker. Slechts 1 stoel per bungalow Een minpunt,overal vervelende muggen! Rest in de buurt Sambambaia, op ongeveer 8 min wandelen

Vi var fint tilfredse. Overordnet set passede prisen til det man får. God morgenmad, hjælpsomt personale, gode værelser. Det kunne selvfølgelig sagtens være mere luksus, men standard og pris passede rigtig godt og vi følte klart det var et af de bedre steder vi havde boet på vores to mdr lange tur. Deres have er et stort plus hvis man gerne vil trække stikket og tage en dag hjemme. Eneste minus er deres restaurant om frokost/aftenen, personligt var jeg ikke fan af madens kvalitet. Men det fint hvis man ikke gider gå ud i byen.

Es ist schön dass dieses Hotel Haustiere erlaubt die frei herumspazieren dürfen. Ausserdem hat es einen gesichterten Parkplatz für das Auto.

Nous avons une opinion mitigée sur cet hotel. En effet, le lobby et le jardin avec une magnifique piscine sont accueillants. Il semble que certains bâtiments de chambre ont été rénovés. Notre chambre se situait dans un vieux bâtiment ayant du charme. Mais la chambre elle-même a grandement besoin d'un nettoyage des murs (traces de mains sales sur les murs blancs), du remplacement du tapis qui était tout tâché et usé et de peinture sur les portes. Vraiment, notre chambre semblait ne pas avoir été entretenue. Par contre, la literie était très confortable. Le petit déjeuner agréable dans le jardin (le restaurant était fermé pour rénovation). Le quartier est tranquille tout en étant près à pieds des sites touristiques. Ai niveau du service, les employés sont gentils et respecteux. Par contre, la réception a été incapable de nous donner des conseils de restaurants, un peu surprenant pour un hotel!

Un sorpresa cercana al centro de la ciudad
El hotel es pequeño, los jardines y la zona de la piscina bonita, tiene habitaciones modernas y antiguas, el servicio es bueno, el desayuno bastante completo y la disponibilidad de estacionamiento una gran comodidad.

Todo esta bien pero en la habitación faltaría un poco más de privacidad por el tema de la cortinas hay una pequeña separación entre la ventana y el muro lo que hace que se pueda ver desde la parte de afuera lo que causa incomodidad
