"Room was spacious; breakfast buffet had a lot of options. Concierge was helpful and coordinated in scheduling for airport shuttle. Shuttle accepted credit charge payment with service fee (common fee for credit card users in NZ). The complementary shuttle service to the wharf was a plus! "

"From the moment we arrived in the loading zone to check in until we left for our flight, the staff went out of their way to be sure we were well taken care of. The room and amenities were lovely and the food at the restaurant was delicious. A wonderful end to our stay in New Zealand! "

"Clean and close to the airport"

"The air conditioning was unbearably hot from the moment we checked in. We tried to get the wall unit to adjust the temperature - and went to dinner hoping it would improve. However, late at night it was still too warm - so we called reception and a staff member came up and finaly adjusted it. He admitted the system is hard to manage and that people complain about it all the time. Then later that night, the lift jammed for over 40 minutes and my son was trapped inside."
