"There seems to be a lack of maintenance, especially with the restroom. There was a very noticeable crack in the ceiling, with a bit of paint hanging down. It should have been taken care of before anyone stays in the unit. In addition, the towel hook on the door fell off, apparently the connection to the door broke off. Please fix."

"Our overnight stay a Philadelphia Suites was very good. However, there was one issue that caused me not to give our stay a 5. I was unable to take a shower in the morning because the water never got hot or even warm. The room phone was inoperable, and we had difficulty using the remote. Things like room cleanness, staff and kitchen and the breakfast was either excellent to very good."

"Room smelt like cigarettes and sex. The common areas reeked vomit and sweat. There was also what seemed to be remnants of bed bugs on one of the mattress. We also heard another customer complain of bed bugs. Elevator made us gag upon entrance. I am not exaggerating."

"This hotel was very professionally run, and the staff were extremely friendly. They went out of their way to make sure I had a quiet room which I had requested, My five day stay was completely enjoyable. I do not have one complaint. I will continue to use this hotel and recommend in the future. If you’re going to be staying in the airport hotel area I would highly recommend Sonesta Select."
