Soajo-The Most Beautiful Area of Gerês 2

In this corner of the Peneda-Gerês National Park mountain range, traces of ancient cultures merge with the natural landscape of the mountain. Between the mountain tops and the valleys that refresh in summer, the lagoons, the native fauna and the roots of the Portuguese rural tradition prevail.
The ideal place to live a true fairy tale in harmony with nature. Here you will find monuments with a story to tell, natural and thermal lagoons, landscapes with a unique fauna and flora in the country. We find a return to traditions and values ​​of origin, where gastronomy is heritage, culture and tradition.
When leaving for the adventure, it is not difficult to find many of the lagoons and waterfalls that hide in the surroundings, such as Poço Negro, as the locals call it, a lagoon surrounded by green trees that mirror the fresh and clear water of the river Adrão.
