"Der Vermieter hat kurzfristig eine größere Ersatzwohnung zum gleichen Preis zur Verfügung gestellt. Alles war nagelneu, allerdings durch die Baustelle im Hof und durch offene Fenster mit einer Staubschicht überzogen. Das hieß für uns erstmal eine nächtliche Putzaktion. Weder im Bad noch auf den sonstigen Böden war die Fugenmasse sauber abgewischt worden. Der Putzmop war durch und durch sandig. Nach viermaligem Durchputzen war kein Sand mehr im Eimer.
